  • Pour Out Your Thoughts

    Use our easy and simple inquiry form to schedule an initial consultation. During the initial consultation, we will discuss your event details, package and drink specifics, and any special requests.

  • Wining Down the Details

    We work directly with you to curate a cocktail menu that’s as unique as your event. Based on our discussion, we’ll send you a tailored proposal with pricing, services, and cocktail options.

  • The Final Pour

    We will send over a contract outlining the terms, services, and payment details to review and sign electronically. Upon receiving your signed contract and deposit, we’ll officially confirm your event.

  • Sip Back and Relax

    Once confirmed, Tipsee Bartending will take care of the rest. Relax and enjoy as our mobile bartenders enhance your gathering with exceptional drinks and charismatic service, making every sip fun!

Services & Pricing

At Tipsee Bartending, we offer customizable mobile bartending packages to fit your event’s theme, guest count, and budget. As a BYOA (Bring Your Own Alcohol) service, you provide the liquor, and we handle the equipment, bartenders, insurance, and all essentials like cups, garnishes, mixers, and ice. Packages include 4 hours of service, with additional hours at $100 each, and 1 hour for setup and breakdown. A stationary bar setup is available for an extra $250 if the venue lacks a bar. Please add any special requests in the inquiry form. Cheers to a stress-free event!

  • $300.00

    This package includes:

    • 1 bartender only

    • 4 hours of service

    This package is perfect if you already have everything you need as far as the drinks and concept. This option does not allow for the stationary bar set up add-on.

  • Starting at $650

    This package includes:

    • 1-2 experienced bartenders

    • 3 soft drink options of your choice

    • 2 custom crafted mocktail drinks

    This option can be made into a self service cocktail station as well if you do not want a bartender. Self serve option will include the drink dispensers.

  • Starting at $750

    This package includes:

    • 1-2 experienced bartenders

    • 2 self serve non-alcoholic drinks of your choice

    This package is mainly for beer and wine/champagne serviced parties. It can also be made into a mimosa bar for day events. Please inquire if interested.

  • Starting at $1200

    This package includes:

    • 1-3 experienced bartenders

    • Open /Cash bar style - guests can order drink of choice

  • Starting at $1500

    This package is a combination of the Pour & Party and Create & Celebrate packages. It includes:

    • 1-3 experienced bartenders

    • Open bar style - guests can order drink of choice

    • 1-2 signature cocktails

  • Yes, you can customize the drink menu for your event. Customizing the drink menu allows you to tailor the selection of beverages to your event’s theme, preferences, and the tastes of your guests. We can also accommodate special dietary needs or preferences by offering non-alcoholic options, mocktails, and customized drinks. Please make sure to communicate your preferences and ideas within the inquiry form or during the consultation.

  • Our bartending services can be used for a wide range of events, as they add a professional and enjoyable element to the gathering. This includes, but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, private parties, cocktail parties, charity events, holiday parties, graduation parties, anniversaries, festivals, themed parties, gallery openings, wine tastings, birthdays, sporting events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and family reunions.

  • We understand that not all events are 21+. Bartenders are trained to check IDs as well as refuse service to underage or visibly intoxicated guests to ensure responsible drinking and compliance with alcohol regulations.

  • Yes! We do offer full-service packages. This usually includes experienced bartenders, setup, and equipment needed for the bar. This may include the bar itself, glassware, mixers, garnishes, ice, and all necessary tools and equipment. We offer the option to rent a portable bar setup if your event venue doesn’t have a bar.

  • The number of bartenders required depends on the size of your event and the complexity of the drink menu. A general rule of thumb is one bartender per 50-75 guests.

  • It’s advisable to book bartending services well in advance, especially for popular event dates. Aim to secure your bartenders at least 1-3 months before your event date. Contact us today!I

Cancellation Policy

At Tipsee Bartending, we strive to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for all our clients. To ensure clarity regarding event cancellations, please review our policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Notice:

  • Written Notification: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to tipseebartender@gmail.com. Please include your full name, event date, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.

2. Refunds:

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your event.​

  • Event Cancellations:

    • More than 30 Days Before Event: If you cancel your event more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date, you may receive a refund of any payments made.​

    • Within 30 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total event cost. The remaining balance, minus the deposit, will be refunded.​

    • Within 7 Days of Event: Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.​

3. Rescheduling:

  • Availability: Clients wishing to reschedule must contact us at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to our availability on the new desired date.​

  • Fees: If the rescheduled date falls within a different pricing tier or requires additional resources, an adjustment to the event cost may apply.​

4. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), both parties agree to work together in good faith to reschedule the event or find a mutually agreeable solution.
