How It Works

  • Pour Out Your Thoughts

    Use our easy and simple inquiry form to schedule an initial consultation. During the initial consultation, we will discuss your event details, package and drink specifics, and any special requests.

  • Wining Down the Details

    We work directly with you to curate a cocktail menu that’s as unique as your event. Based on our discussion, we’ll send you a tailored proposal with pricing, services, and cocktail options.

  • The Final Pour

    We will send over a contract outlining the terms, services, and payment details to review and sign electronically. Upon receiving your signed contract and deposit, we’ll officially confirm your event.

  • Sip Back and Relax

    Once confirmed, Tipsee Bartending will take care of the rest. Relax and enjoy as our mobile bartenders enhance your gathering with exceptional drinks and charismatic service, making every sip fun!

Services & Pricing

At Tipsee Bartending, we offer customizable mobile bartending packages to fit your event’s theme, guest count, and budget. As a BYOA (Bring Your Own Alcohol) service, you provide the liquor, and we handle the equipment, bartenders, insurance, and all essentials like disposable drinkware, garnishes, mixers, and ice. Packages include 4 hours of service and 1 hour for setup and breakdown. All drink packages also include an alcohol quantity and shopping list as well as custom drink menus. Cancellation Policy

At Tipsee Bartending, we strive to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for all our clients. To ensure clarity regarding event cancellations, please review our policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Notice:

  • Written Notification: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to tipseebartender@gmail.com. Please include your full name, event date, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.

2. Refunds:

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your event.​

  • Event Cancellations:

    • More than 30 Days Before Event: If you cancel your event more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date, you may receive a refund of any payments made.​

    • Within 30 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total event cost. The remaining balance, minus the deposit, will be refunded.​

    • Within 7 Days of Event: Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.​

3. Rescheduling:

  • Availability: Clients wishing to reschedule must contact us at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to our availability on the new desired date.​

  • Fees: If the rescheduled date falls within a different pricing tier or requires additional resources, an adjustment to the event cost may apply.​

4. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), both parties agree to work together in good faith to reschedule the event or find a mutually agreeable solution.
